This paper presents to the Board of Directors of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) the results of the 2020 comprehensive review of compensation and benefits (CBR).
The 2020 CBR proposals provide ADB with a long-term approach for how reward will be managed in the years to come. The approach established in this paper will act as a guide through the next few years as ADB continues to deliver its business objectives through its workforce. The 2020 CBR concluded during the unprecedented period of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.
